The NEED

National Council is committed to work closely with Schools, Colleges, and Universities to eliminate inequality and discrimination through National Education Excellence and Development (NEED).

National Council direction and scope for National Education Excellence and Development (NEED) engagement strategy are determined by National Council distinctive combination of strategic drivers:

  • Giving our students the best possible education and preparation for their careers and lives
  • Schools, Colleges, and Universities join collectively to draw common interests and objectives, create world-class research powerhouse, co-creating wise solutions to endure the emerging need for the Continuous Education Excellence and Development.
  • Increasing independent Voluntary Institution System of Accountability (VISA) and internal quality assurance, a transparent monitoring and reporting system that goes far beyond the realms of regulatory outcomes, measures, and research capabilities and rationalizing collectively.
  • Growing our member's National and Global profile, commensurate with member's achievements, in order to engage more effectively with Schools Colleges and Universities to deliver impact around the nation and world.
  • Apply our collective strengths supports the need simply advancing the aspirations of institutions and expanding excellence.
  • The process of co-developing with key principal promoters nationally as a practical approach to strengthening capability, to integrate research and education and to increase National Council’s impact in India. Also, we will work through state-wise members' network for maximum integration and impact.
  • National Council will be known nationally and globally for National Education Excellence and Development (NEED) and interdisciplinary expertise, sensitive to the social and environmental impacts of economic growth and the beneficial impact to all the members.
  • National Council will constitute National Council of Prosperity to address National Education inequalities and generate new ideas through the member institution.
