Early Childhood Education India

Education at schools is considered to be the grassroot level of the understanding of a child and his/her pavement towards future. Such education being the building blocks of learning and cultivation of the interest of child needs to be catered constructively and carefully. Learning at schools today needs to be well equipped with educational strategies, curricula, pedagogical schemes and evaluation methodologies, but is the reality par with such demand?

In India, there are more than 7,40,000 schools and 3.6 million full time basis working teachers, but despite of such investment the learning outcomes remain relatively low. Schools are under-resourced and have little regulation of quality, safety or outcomes. In the past, even the utmost efforts towards policies and framework have failed in delivering quality education in schools. There is a dire need to focus on both scale and substance, addressing the learning problem at the system level while also recalibrating the purpose of education system itself.

With observations and research NCIS has come up with strategies, framework and curricula for better outcomes in learning. Administering through the protocols of National Education Excellence and Development (NEED) and Voluntary Institutions System of Accountability (VISA), we strive to direct at infrastructure improvement, academic schedule, adequate staffing, school leaders and frontline officials, and developing the capacity of the staff. NCIS advocates quality education at schools to nurture a comprehensive learning environment for the students that will benefit them in all life stages. Guiding a standard yet intellectual framework we establish principles that drive these institutions and establish a network that uplifts social issues through education.
