NCIS prescribes certain set of standards under its accreditation, to be able to impart services as per the necessary criteria-
NCIS has laid certain educational goals to provide high quality international learning, and identifies its main objective as holistic global education to the students of pre-school, primary and secondary, i.e. till school level. The council evaluates the accredited institute as per our standards, summarizes the result and uses it to improve institute’s performance.
Educators in the member school must hold teaching credentials applicable as per the state requirements. It is vital for them to be well- versed with the council’s curriculum, policies and procedures, and shall require attending a meeting annually. The Educators should be fully qualified to fulfill the objectives of the educational courses and/or program(s).
NCIS has controls in place to ensure operations, programs and staff meets in requirement of administrative capacity and capability. The administration shall provide access to the council of student records for any accreditation process. The council adopts written operating policies and procedures.
The Council has admission policies, appropriate for the curriculum, which needs to be followed by each accredited institute. Before enrollment, the students need to maintain and record all the necessary documents, as well as receive an enrollment agreement that compiles with NCIS . The council’s policies clearly state that it does not discriminate on the grounds of sex, age, race, color, religion or ethnic origin in admitting students.
Student’s Grievance
NCIS regulated student support services that address student complaints and requests. The council provides appropriate advice and information to the students. A special program for orientation and academic advising shall be conducted by the member school. NCIS also delivers higher education assistance and financial aid.
The courses and/or programs extended by NCIS are compatible to council’s goals and educational objectives. Each student shall be provided with a written program and/or course structure at the beginning of the program and/or course. Academic and practical learning methods like discussions, demonstration, cooperative learning, problem solving, and interactive lecture are used during the program.
NCIS assesses if a member school has sound financial condition and management. It demonstrates that the financial resources are adequate to ensure continuity of operation, educational program and services, and can fulfill its obligation to student and employees.
The institution shall include equipments, instructional and laboratory space and other facilities that are necessary for instructional needs and meet professional standards of safety and hygiene. The physical facilities are exclusively for training and needs to be supervised.
Each student is evaluated periodically on attendance, academic and/or practical learning to assist student learning and to demonstrate satisfactory student achievement before a certificate of completion is awarded.
