The National Council Higher Education fosters to educate the society as a whole, through the concept of equity. Providing the scholarships, educational opportunities, funding, and counseling among our Centers will ensure that every child attains their necessary education before landing their future job. NCICU framework will guide Counseling Centers to develop new concepts in providing education and learning so that everybody can benefit from it. Extending learning and total fee funding opportunities for the poverty-stricken and girl child to advocate their education will be the LIFELAB main concern. The concept will also be associated with counseling sessions in retaining such students so that they can complete their higher education without any difficulties. NCICU policies will also inculcate Home learning and E-learning for the students as it will enhance the process of learning and keep students more engaged. After verification and potential check of the students, NCICU will provide 100% advanced students fee funding. The council will also extend a variety of scholarships to keep the students motivated and enhance the quality of education.
