Policy VIII: Student Evaluation
NCIS standards instruct the accredited institution to evaluate the student’s performance on regular basis in a quantitative (attendance) and qualitative (academic performance) manner, for a purposeful review for the council and institution.
The minimum requirements are-
- Is written and identified as a Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy
- Applies to every NCIS approve program and/or course
- To be registered with prior enrolment
- Establishes time frame in clock or credit hours and measured performance
- Indicates how a student can re-establish satisfactory academic progress and/or financial aid eligibility, if applicable
- Includes quantitative and qualitative aspects including attendance, academic score, class behaviour, co-curricular and participation.
