Teachers Assessment

Effective learning increases educator efficiency and results in professional growth and having the unique opportunity to learn from the past, affects the present and impacts the future. At NCIS , teachers continue to enhance their learning by seeking opportunities that promote highly effective teaching practices and support student-focused learning. We assess the teachers and educators for quality learning at our collaborated schools, to ensure a highly efficient educational system within our council that nurtures the learning NEED of the students. NCIS also conducts Development Workshops for teachers and has a Voluntary Institution System of Accountability (VISA) to polish and enhance the teaching skills of the educators, once within the council. For a high quality educational council, like NCIS , it is vital that the teachers are educationally advanced and technologically aware for the benefit of the students.
