The counseling profession needs a strong and united voice and with the advice and counseling services it can help people to invest time in learning on looking after their skills and abilities for a particular career. Spotlight on Counseling Centre by School Education provides many students with specialist, professional and confidential support on a wide range of welfare, financial, emotional, and psychological issues in finding their career path. There is always a time in everyone's life with deadlines and jumbling between jobs and careers that is why the National Council of International School is shining a spotlight on the service of their counseling centers.

The centers offer face-to-face individual counseling, group therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, workshops on dealing with specific issues, and guidance on coping with confused career, as well as more specialist advice during tough times. The primary purpose of School Education is to serve as a collaborative network of leaders and counselors across the nations and to bring a perspective to all School Education activities. The counseling centers help the students in their day-to-day concerns and also enhance the overall functioning. School Education has united centers in the process to know the students and their specific needs and bringing out the perfect counselor for them. Workshops on relevant issues to increase the capacities of the students are regularly conducted by the Centers.
