NCICU therefore will seek to increase the capacity of business incubation through certification and assistance. Entrepreneurship and Business incubators Certification will nurture the development of entrepreneurial companies, helping them survive and grow during the start-up period when they are most vulnerable. NCICU will assist enterprises and technology-focused businesses to improve capacity and skills while ensuring appropriate policy and regulatory environment for businesses to flourish. NCICU will establish a certified business incubator as a policy for fostering new business and new jobs in the community. The Certification will facilitate progressions that accelerate the successful development of start-up and fledgling companies by providing entrepreneurs with array resources and services. NCICU Certification fosters diversity in rural economies, providing employment for an increasing wealth of depressed inner cities, and transferring technology from universities and major corporations.
