NCICU aims to offer Quality Food Certification to certify that the collaborated College, University or Institution produces, processes, prepares and handles food products to the highest possible standards globally. The NCICU Certification is formed to ensure independence, common understanding, and credibility of Colleges among students and their families of the various food safety standards aimed at improving food safety and quality. Institute must cover product quality with the NCICU quality code featuring unique certification for the Colleges. A standard to assess product and service quality attributes with a quality shield is displayed on the products of quality certificates. The Quality Food Certification will be recognized by the National Council Higher Education that offer a seamless ‘farm to plate’ food safety and quality certification. As an accredited and approved certification body NCICU will provide certification for inspections against the main food safety standards, storage & distribution, and packaging. The Council enables Colleges to receive a food safety and quality certificate once they achieve the standards and principles of providing the students with confidence and peace of mind regarding food safety. Colleges can use various tools and techniques to examine, question, evaluate the report on capability and absences hindering the quality of the food and adhere to the criteria of management and control of process safety offered by in-depth expertise.
