Parents Satisfaction Certification

National Council Higher Education will measure Colleges, Universities, and institutions' success by the students' academic achievements. The teachers and the College play a huge role in guiding students toward academic success. How? They are talented, certified, highly-qualified professionals who are committed to helping each student succeed. Parents Satisfaction Certification is a significant touchstone for colleges, universities, and institutions to be able to hear directly from families about where they are doing well and where they can improve, driving a focus for continual improvement and reinforcing the commitment to accountability. NCICU is dedicated to listening to our students' families. One of the ways would be through a parent's satisfaction survey which lets the parents express their thoughts openly for helping their children succeed academically and seeking their opinion on the education practices adopted by the College. Parent feedback will help Colleges to adopt positive measures in enhancing a student’s learning experience and ensuring their holistic development. NCICU will diligently work to provide colleges with a Parents Satisfaction Certificate when high quality of care to our students' families are given to receive feedback from parents in key areas to see where you are excelling and where you need to improve. Achieving the Parents Satisfaction Certification will encourage the schools to positively impact the lives of students and their families effectively.
