NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SCHOOLS COLLEGES & UNIVERSITIES a non-governmental educational Council for institutions in India to “EDUCATE, ENCOURAGE, EVOLVE, EMBRACE, EMPOWER, EXCEL” the educational sector and develop a Network of educators to exchange ideas, knowledge, expertise for developing Quality NATIONAL EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AND DEVELOPMENT (THE NEED)
To ADVOCATE the need of NATIONAL EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AND DEVELOPMENT (NEED) research and development platform for PRESCHOOLS SCHOOLS COLLEGES UNIVERSITIES and INSTITUTIONS.
NATIONAL COUNCIL will support, guide and provide information and advocate to the academic freedom and institutional integrity and promote the idea of quality education and quality assurance among the Schools, Colleges, Universities and other Institutions.
To ACT as a bureau of information and to facilitate communication, coordination and mutual consultation amongst SCHOOLS COLLEGES UNIVERSITIES, CORPORATES and INDUSTRIES.
To act as a bridge between Schools, Colleges, Universities, Government Corporates, and Industry, advocating in developing, expanding, strengthening, marketing, and demonstrating results through integration, networking, exchange of ideas, knowledge and expertise.
The GOAL of the NATIONAL COUNCIL is to ensure that the Institutions complement and strengthen each other’s respective roles and functions and develop Professional Standards for the welfare of people of all ages.
To ADVOCATE and analyse the government regulation or policy whenever there is a change and to advise policy-makers to consider the members point of view as well as coordinate specific activities with central and state government for educational institutions in India
To DEVELOP a meaningful impact on regulators at state and central level NATIONAL COUNCIL primary focus is 21st century readiness and facilitating Capacity Building and policy advocacy, defining norms for standards, transparency support and strengthen the SCHOOL COLLEGE and UNIVERSITIES education in INDIA.
To DEVELOP an inclusive bilateral supportive Education environment between SCHOOLS COLLEGES UNIVERSITIES and Industry by serving as the voice of Quality Education and skill development NEED and supporting long-term educational and skill development partnerships that will nurture the spirit of Quality education, create skilled youth, Create jobs, and successfully contribute to the Indian economy.
To RAISE as a major national voice to express collective views of its members on matters relevant to quality advancing in secondary and higher education, research, and innovation to benefit the students with the Regulatory bodies, the government and the public, consistently making the case for good regulatory system for SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES and be a successful private sector self-regulation council for all formats of education in India.
The AIM of the council is to foster developments, meaningful partnerships and creates cross-border connections between SCHOOL COLLEGE and UNIVERSITIES, EDUCATORS/ faculty and students to cultivate research collaboration, foster diplomacy, build capacity and exchange ideas, develop networks, industry , companies and other agencies and the council may also develop links with international institutions
The VISION of NATIONAL COUNCIL is to be the INDIA’S largest and most comprehensive COUNCIL to represent SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES and strengthening the governance, leadership and management of institutions through mutual learning, exchange of experience and the transfer of best practices and everyone has something to teach and everyone has something to learn.
The MISSION of NATIONAL COUNCIL is to promote Education and skills in SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES which are essential for the realization of individual potential, national economic growth, social development and work-based learning that will helps students to extend classroom learning, gain motivation and understanding, explore careers in collaboration with Industry and corporates.
To SERVE as a major national forum for communication, exchange among Regulatory Bodies, Educational Institutions and educational Programmes through Summit, Conferences, Workshops, Meetings and policy debates impacting their development in INDIA and to represent and organize conference and seminars national or international on secondary and higher education and invite all the Members Institutions.
To ADVOCATE and promote autonomy and academic freedom for the well-functioning of SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES which are essential pillars of the future sustainability of our institutions. Importantly, they are key to securing the right research conditions that lead to scientific progress, benefiting society at large.
To FUNCTION as the professional body for the promotion of Education Excellence and Development by taking appropriate initiative and actions towards influencing and enhancing the quality of Education in institutions through improvements in the Education systems.
To COLLABORATE with national / international institutions, organisation, associations, accreditation commissions, councils, federations, boards, governments, education Institution for joint development of quality education, assessment and evaluation, skill development and promotion and accreditation and to acquire recognition for NATIONAL COUNCIL and its objectives in India and abroad.
To MOTIVATE all member SCHOOL COLLEGES UNIVERSITY and other institutions for research, and adopt teaching practices that grooms their students for the innovation and development of leadership qualities
To BUILD on partnerships and collaboration between SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES and focus on the learner, learning outcomes and learning ability, and create collaborative linkages, weightage to credit transfer, articulation and flexible learning pathways, promote student success, including research and practical experiences for students.
To UNDERTAKE such programmes that would help to improve standards of instruction, examination, research, textbooks, scholarly publications, library, sports, skills, cultural activities and relationships, and such other programmes as may contribute to the growth and propagation of knowledge in coordination with schools colleges and Universities.
To PROMOTE cooperative & work-integrated education programs by developing, expanding, branding and advocating with the industry and educational institutions,
To ADVOCATE and combating corruption and enhancing Integrity in education system, regulatory bodies and other government in India and support the institutions in Contemporary Challenge for the Quality and Credibility of Educational Institutions
To PROMOTE the NATIONAL COUNCIL for the purpose of acquiring any of the property rights and liabilities of the NATIONAL COUNCIL or for any other purpose which directly or indirectly be calculated to benefit the NATIONAL COUNCIL objects.
To FURTHER focus on Working collaboratively with SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES CORPORATES and INDUSTRIES jointly and the NATIONAL COUNCIL will thrive and create a community of lifelong learners and ensure every student achieves academically, socially, emotionally, responsible global citizens, and champions of their own success.
To COLLABORATE with any School, College, University, Government or any institution forming collaboration and joint ventures to undertake academic, skill development, sports, Healthcare, Digital Campus integration, cashless campus integration and to open their extended centers, branches, off-campus, eLearning and facilitate students in India and abroad.
To SUPPORT Quality education that needs to be flexible, creative and innovative, developing and evolving to meet students’ needs, to justify the confidence of society and to maintain diversity.
To INSTITUTE or cause to set up, local/regional branches at convenient locations in India to promote the objects of the NATIONAL COUNCIL and to cooperate and associate with other Regional and National bodies to help the cause of NATIONAL EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AND DEVELOPMENT (NEED).
To STRENGTHEN SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITY and institutional capabilities through various assistance in all fields of Academic, Arts, Skills, sports, events and any other activities through the NEED initiatives for the better utilization of institutional infrastructure from time to time.
To OFFER various services in all fields of education and its services to enable Members students, EDUCATORS, stakeholder, and others to provide excellent educational programmes to equip the Institution to promote Education Excellence and Development effectively and professionally.
To PROMOTE National intercultural understanding, collaboration and support through the activities of Members, professional forum for EDUCATORs and to seek cooperation with other organisations and individuals pursuing objectives of similar to those of the NATIONAL COUNCIL.
To CONTRIBUTE to the development of Education Excellence and Development and to help establish, maintain and improve standards of education, training, research, examinations and others areas of educational activities among the Institutions.
To CONTRIBUTE to the development of all youth and adults, especially girls and women, achieve relevant and recognized functional literacy and numeracy proficiency level and acquire life skills, and that they are provided with adult learning, education and training opportunities in collaboration with Member SCHOOLS COLLEGES UNIVERSITIES and with the support of the Government.
To CONSTITUTE the CENTER FOR EDUCATION ATTAINMENT AND INNOVATION (CEAI) in collaboration with UNIVERSITIES and government to provide lifelong educational services for adult learners and non-traditional students and the CEAI will focused on ensuring that every student who desires lifelong has access to higher education and the resources to succeed.
To COLLABORATE and recommend effective norms for implementation of overall development of every child in various academic activities, extracurricular activities sports, skill development, evaluation, etc.
To DEVELOP innovative approaches of academic activities to provide stress free, child cantered and holistic education to all children without compromising on quality and develop network of experts, professionals, and practitioners who can mentor students on a need-based system and improve the learning experience and the success of learners.
To DEVELOP Innovation in design and delivery of academic content by collaborating with national and international organizations and use social media progressively towards development in education domain.
To PARTICIPATE in world-wide international co-operation and collaboration and take part in projects promoting such activities and encourage and assist members in the elaboration of collaborative projects.
To ADVISE relevant national bodies, governmental and non-governmental, regarding education and training through distance and e-learning methods in INDIA.
To FORM various councils and provide various services to members for evaluating and improving the delivery of educational programmes for continuous Education Excellence and Development in India.
To CONSTITUTE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF INDIAN ACHIEVERS and promote alumni students of SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES to spark the imaginations of extraordinary young people across India by bringing them into direct personal contact to the present students.
To PROVIDE expertise in a wide range of issues, including internal quality assurance, evaluation of doctoral education, and communication strategies and lifelong learning.
To PROMOTE and collaborate with UNIVERSITIES for Collaborative Doctoral Education for Enhanced Career Opportunities an essential need for continued professional development, to contribute and fostering university-industry partnerships, the collaborative doctoral programmes will foster innovation and also to sustain long-term fruitful relationships.
To OBTAIN any Charter, Provisional Order or Act of Parliament for enabling the NATIONAL COUNCIL to institute or carry on any one or more of its objectives and open offices anywhere in the world in order to promote the objectives of the TRUST.
To CONSTITUTE and promote NATIONAL COUNCIL OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES (NCFL) and setup a department in SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES and open centers in India to improve the teaching and learning of languages.
To OPEN, sponsor, take over, organize, establish, maintain and promote or run all kind of educational institutions not limited to schools, colleges, academies institutions, laboratories, libraries, Nursing, Pharma, Ayurvedic, Law, engineering, Medical Institutions and universities in India.
To UNDERTAKE and implement Rural Development Programmes, skill development programmes, lifelong learning programmes of the Central & State Governments universities and associate with any other government departments, institutions and NGO’s to promote educational programmes, children educational clubs in India.
To UNDERTAKE publication of books, magazines, research papers and to give aid, scholarships, prizes, stipends, loans or grants to any person, society, trust, institutions. Or any authority of education, literature, science, fine arts, crafts, cultural activities and for relief, medical treatments and others to advance Indian Culture and Literature, Service of this Country for the benefit of our Nation.
To ESTABLISH research and training centers for the furtherance of education and learning in its various fields and branches.
To UNDERTAKE propaganda, training, and education of the masses either of its own or in co-operation with similar Agencies working for the cause of all-round development of the Society.
To CONFER the title on eminent personality in the field all fields of education, industry, science, education, literature, etc.
To UNDERTAKE and promote, assist or engage in setting up of libraries and or reading rooms in schools college universities and other common places.
To ESTABLISH run and maintain or support hostels, boarding houses, and grant of free food and shelter to poor and deserving students.
To AWARD NATIONAL - COUNCIL fellowship programme for future leaders ready to take on real-world challenges and serve the capacity-building needs of their institutions.
To AWARD scholarship and cash assistance to poor students desirous of receiving primary, secondary and higher education.
To EDUCATE and train the general public regarding prevention and medication of AIDS, Cancer, TB, Hypertension, Substance abuse, Malaria and other deadly diseases.
To IMPLEMENT the NATIONAL EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AND DEVELOPMENT (NEED) policy suggested by (CNEPRS) and (NCIP), NATIONAL – CSCU will constitute NATIONAL EDUCATION RESEARCH AND PRACTICE (NERP) in each state and on national platform to bring together SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES EDUCATORs and expertise to adopt and implement the evidence based emergent practices in education to benefit all the stake holders and the nation.
TO BECOME a NATIONAL RESOURCE CENTER for all Academic, technology, EDUCATORS , Faculties, Admin, Legal, Research and Innovation, Books, SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES in India
To PROMOTE and develop for all the members a NMOOCs (National Massive Open Online Courses) in India.
TO CONSTITUTE NATIONAL CENTER FOR EDUCATION INNOVATIONS (NCEI) by collaborating with SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES, CORPORATES, INDUSTRIES and all other stake holders who will develop education innovation models, unique and valuable opportunities and translate good practices to enable improvement and scale-up in India.
To ESTABLISH and promote NATIONAL CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION PLANNING (NCIP) to develop NATIONAL EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AND DEVELOPMENT (NEED)
To further strengthen the (CNEPRS) and (NCIP), NATIONAL – CSCU will plan and dedicate rigorous research agenda on topics that matter to all SCHOOLS COLLEGE and UNIVERSITIES by involving the member to b develop NEED bases education by providing credible, nonpartisan research and evidence about policies and practices that promote student success.
To adapt and innovate methods to achieve academic excellence in conformity with psychological, pedagogical and social principles
To develop and recommend Innovations in learning and mentoring of the students, EDUCATORS and the stake holders and Preparing students for future jobs.
To Promote and conduct educational research, experimentation of innovative Educational ideas and practices in the schools and system by collaborating with international organization.
To FORM various Boards, Committee, Advisory in Academic, Intuitional Review, Examination, Assessment, Environmental, Health And Nutrition, Child Safety And Protection, Art And Craft, Sports, Skill, Audit, Awards, Students, Parents, advocacy of Education Policy, EDUCATORS Training and Development, Project And Planning, Olympiad and various other boards / committee council of expertise to promote NATIONAL EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AND DEVELOPMENT (NEED) in SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES from time to time.
To SUPPORT and promote SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATICS (STEM) Learning NATIONAL – CSCU will develop STEM AMBASSADORS professional for mentoring, leadership, delegating and relationship management skills
To PREPARE and lead EDUCATORs on professional development excursions in India and abroad to discover and learn from new educational systems and cultures.
To UNDERTAKE, organize and facilitate various educational, training and professional development programmes in School, College and University for leadership, EDUCATORS, professors, in-service personnel, students and other stakeholders from time to time.
To Constitute NATIONAL EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM ACCREDITATION to encourage quality and recognise excellence in early childhood programs in INDIA, NATIONAL – CSCU will promote the benchmarks for high quality standards in EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM in Pre Nursery/ preschool / early childhood centers.
To constitute NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SECONDARY EDUCATION and promote value based secondary education in India parents spent their major monthly earning for their children education.
NATIONAL CSCU will promote GLOBAL EDUCATION MODEL OF STUDIES (GEMS) by collaborating/ affiliating/ partnering/ associating or accredit the schools in India and provide academic and examination support for achieving the goals of (GEMS) quality education to prepare Indian students as global citizens.
To prescribe conditions of examinations and conduct common examination at the end of X and XII grade to grant qualifying certificates/ Secondary School Certificate Examination / Senior School Certificate Examination / high school Diploma to successful candidates from associated / collaborated and affiliated schools.
To collaborate with national and international organizations for running schools, life skills, skill development, and vocational education centers by adding job-oriented and job-linked programmes in members institutions, associated and affiliated SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES.

To DEVICE Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) framework through wide consultation and promote Quality and accountability of all education providers and to promote institution for strong commitment to accountability and monitor for regular evidence of quality.
To INVITE SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES in each state, Regional and National level for collaboration, cooperation and coordination of developing and monitoring of the Quality education NEED and create analysis and submit the report at the country level, within the framework of NEED.
The NATIONAL – CSCU will set guidelines and standards for Quality education in SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES to self-assess and improve their Quality education, professional development opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders to set a benchmark of NATIONAL EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AND DEVELOPMENT (NEED).
To ENCOURAGE innovations, self-evaluation and accountability in SCHOOLS COLLEGES UNIVERSITIES and other educational Institutions in INDIA and suggest, device and promote necessary changes, innovations and reforms in all aspects of the institution’s working and help educational bodies realize their academic objectives.
To BECOME Quality Assurance body and work with SCHOOLS COLLEGE and UNIVERSITIES education providers and their leadership, staff and students, are involve in implementation of processes, tools, benchmarks and measures of learning outcomes that help to create a shared understanding of quality.
To PARTNERS with several organizations in India and globally to offer a single process that leads to multiple accreditations. To CONSTITUTE and promote NATIONAL – CSCU Quality education endorsement MARK/ SEAL for SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES by setting up Quality education standards.
The MISSION of NATIONAL – CSCU ACCREDITATION is to assure educational quality, Institutional integrity, enhance institutional effectiveness, nurture continuous improvement in SCHOOLS COLLEGES UNIVERSITIES and other educational institutions in INDIA.
To CONSTITUTE VOLUNTARY INSTITUTION SYSTEM OF ACCOUNTABILITY (VISA) and Internal Quality Assurance system in the SCHOOLS COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES.
To PROMOTE accreditation of NATIONAL – CSCU as a voluntary, non-governmental, peer-review process which provides a means of assisting SCHOOLS COLLEGES UNIVERSITIES and any other academic and training institutions to become stronger and better institutions by undertaking to follow the standards of educational quality policy and procedures of NATIONAL – CSCU.
To PROMOTE highest standards of governance and transparency based on principles of self-regulation of “minimum government, maximum governance” in SCHOOLS COLLEGE and UNIVERSITIES.
To assist in auditing and analyzing the quality of academic activities by collecting the feedback from the stakeholders.
To advocate to Implement the VOLUNTARY INSTITUTION SYSTEM OF ACCOUNTABILITY (VISA) and Internal Quality Assurance system in the SCHOOLS COLLEGES UNIVERSITIES and other Institutions which will be a voluntary, non-governmental, peer-review and all stake holders review process which will be a transparent monitoring and reporting system.
