Educators Quality Certification and Accreditation

Educators' quality matters as they are the most important factor of influencing students' success but there lies a critical decision of whom to hire, retain, and promote. There is a prominent emphasis today on educator’s quality in Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Institutions. National Council of Schools Colleges and Universities will act as a motivator to institutions in improving educator’s quality by attesting with Quality Educators Certification while they meet the requirements. Educator recruitment will provide an adequate number of quality applicants for choosing only high-quality educators from among the many applicants. Hiring, supporting, and sustaining effective educators is one of the most important responsibilities that Institution leaders must follow. If learning and evolving are the core aspects of colleges, then quality educator’s selection is absolutely indispensable for high-achieving education. National Council will identify and select Colleges with highly qualified individuals to facilitate learning in a productive and academically enriching environment focusing on educator’s methods, behavior towards student learning, mastery of competencies, professional decision making, and interaction of pedagogy approach and subject area knowledge.
