National Council of Schools Colleges and Universities aims to foster Career Alignment/ Counseling and development center through (LIFELAB) which will be an advanced student career counseling technology platform for Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Higher Education Institutions. LIFELAB will emerge with the latest developments in the Indian education system. National Council will associate with the expert Counselors helping students to set career goals, find out the most suitable career path, and accomplish their career milestones. Students can make informed career choices based on career analysis and information available at a single platform. Standards and policies will address the mental, social, and physical issues of children while engaging them in the activities that uplift their careers. LIFELAB will be a great place for students to get help with their career, connect with their strengths, create a plan for relevant skills and experiences, and reach the career goal. Counseling students to understand their personal growth and choices in career and future prospects with further international standards will prepare them to be global citizens. The centers will focus on diverse curriculum and vivid understanding that will engage students in learning with different cultural frameworks. NCICU aims to establish an environment that will promote student's well-being while advancing their future goals.
